Farmers at low tide in Cape Cod Bay. 
Big Rock aerial view – Cape Cod Bay has a 10 ft tide. At low tide, racks are out of the water and sand is revealed. 
Once the spat is 1/4 inch, they are placed into bags for bottom growout in cages. 
This structure is a farm float out in Duxbury Bay that houses the upweller and farm equipment. 
Throughout the growth process, we tumble our oysters to promote sturdy and uniform growth.
