1982-1983: working as Volunteer Technical Assistant during my National Service on Tuna Fisheries Management in Tahiti (French Polynesia).

2001-2006: Head of the Molluscs Experimental hatchery of Argenton (Britanny) and Project Manager of “Production of juvenile of Quality” working on oyster hatchery process: optimisation of broodstock conditioning, optimisation of phytoplankton cultures (slurry, continuous cultures) and optimisation of larval and postlarval production (ecophysiological needs).
